We have won two out of the seven top spots in the School House Awards 2023, which are held in conjunction with the ISEB. The double was described by School House/ISEB as a “huge achievement” and we are thrilled!

Named as 'Best of the Best' Prep School for Innovation by The Week!
We are delighted to announce that we have, once again, been selected as finalists in the Independent School of the Year Awards organised by the Independent School Parent magazine.
Winner This award is for continued excellence. ‘It recognises more than academic achievement, but innovation, imagination and efforts to develop children in ways that go beyond the league tables’.
The wellbeing initiative is specific to ways the school has improved mental health of the children during this period. This relates to the work of the community in the daily Radio and TV programmes during lockdown.
Finally, and ironically for a School that has no ‘Marketing department’, we were delighted to see recognition for maintaining and enhancing the reputation of St R. through marketing! This award recognises the Radio and TV as our strategy to promote the pastoral side of the school to a wider community. Sharing the ‘magic’! Marvellous.

The Pre-Prep/Prep School of the Year is for those schools who are maintaining continued excellence, being elected in this category puts us in the running for the TES Independent School of the Year.

We were tickled pink to see Saint Ronan’s selected as one of the country’s Top 200 schools in this fantastic new venture launched today by the Talk Education Team.
We were delighted to learn that Saint Ronan's have been shortlisted, for the third year running for a Prep School award by the Independent School Parent Magazine.
We are delighted to join a small band of schools who have been awarded accredited status this year as an AS tracking School. Being one of the pilot Prep Schools, AS tracking has been an invaluable part of our armoury of pastoral care, as we are so pleased to have met the high standards required for accreditation.
The team at the Week “talked to education experts, heads, teachers and parents of fine the preps at the top of their games in 2020”. We are delighted to be the lead school in the category of Great for Boarding.
Saint Ronan’s is thrilled to have been selected as a Finalist in the Independent Schools of the Year Awards, for the second year running. The 2019 category is for Student Wellbeing and is testament to happy children and staff!
We have just heard that Saint Ronan’s has been awarded accredited AS Tracking status. Having been involved in the pilot project, we are now one of the first schools to be accredited.
THE WEEK - Guide to the UK's top independent prep schools. We were delighted to be recognised again as one of the nation's "best of the best" Prep Schools. A lovely accolade to be alongside our friends at Beechwood and Edgeborough in the category "Great for all rounders" and to be the only Kent Prep School in the guide.
The School Farms Network Education Alliance (SFNEA) is a partnership between the RAU and the School Farms Network (SFN), consisting of more than 116 school farms across the UK. Winners included School Farmer of the Year at Hugh Myddleton Primary School and St Ronan’s School for the best use of the School Farm in the curriculum.
Saint Ronan’s has been awarded the Prep School of the Year by the Tatler at their 14th Annual Schools Award. These are the most prestigious set of awards for the top Prep and Public Schools in the UK. Only 118 of the 600+ Prep Schools get into the Guide, so to be listed is a great honour and to win an award is just too exciting!
We have just been informed that Saint Ronan’s School Pre Prep received highly commended in the Independent School Parent Magazine’s Independent School of the Year 2018 awards.
A wonderful school providing children with truly magical experience. So happy we made decision to send our daughter there. We just wish she could have stayed there longer.

Saint Ronan’s is the best decision we ever made for our son. It is the most magical place, and the teaching and facilities are second to none. Most importantly, the kids are extremely happy. We feel very lucky to be part of such a wonderful school.
